It will be clearly stated on the product page and order confirmation whether the seller is WanderChics or a Merchant. If a Merchant is the seller, WanderChics acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to the purchase agreement.
2.2 WanderChics provides certain services such as customer support and payment solutions, regardless of whether the seller is WanderChics or a Merchant.
2.3 To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. WanderChics reserves the right to refuse or modify orders if necessary, such as in cases of incorrect personal information or suspected fraud.
2.4 Product availability may vary, and WanderChics does not guarantee continuous stock. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified, and any payment will be refunded.
2.5 While we strive for accuracy, errors in product descriptions, prices, and images may occur. All images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products.
