Order & Delivery Information
Because we source products from various suppliers, delivery times and product origins may vary (we primarily strive to find products from European suppliers). If you order multiple items, they may have different delivery times and arrive in separate shipments.
Standard Shipping is FREE within Europe.
Express shipping is calculated based on the products.
Deliveries within Europe will normally arrive within 2-10 working days.
Deliveries sent from Asia or the US to Europe normally takes 6-21 business days.
After placing your order, you have a 1h window to correct mistakes (for example, if you need to change the delivery address) before we accept it.
Once your order has been accepted, it cannot be changed, modified or canceled as we do not keep products in stock. Your order goes directly to our supplier for processing. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear — try checking back later.
If your order is canceled after purchase, you will be notified via email, and your refund will be processed immediately. This may happen if the product is out of stock or due to a technical issue.
Important Notice on VAT & Duties for EU Shipments
Please note that some products shipped from outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential import fees before placing your order.

Tracking & Order Confirmation
Some packages come with tracking, in which case you will receive a tracking number and link in your delivery confirmation. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear—try checking back later.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation, it may have gone to your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
Returns & Unclaimed Packages
If you do not pick up or receive your package, it will be returned to the seller, and a fee for unclaimed items will be charged. The current cost starts at EUR 15.
To make a return, you will need to register your return and wait for further instructions. As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the product.
