Commission and Tax Responsibility Disclaimer

By suggesting products and receiving commission payments for sales generated
through those suggestions, you agree to the following terms:

1 Independent Contributor
You act as an independent contributor.

This arrangement does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, or agency agreement with our company. You are not entitled to employment benefits, and
we do not deduct taxes or other contributions from your commission.

2 Tax Responsibility


You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or contributions required by the laws in your country of residence. Our company, Wanderchics, registered in Malta, does not withhold or remit any tax on your behalf. We recommend consulting a tax advisor to ensure full compliance
with local tax regulations.

3 Commission Payments


Commission rates and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing for each approved product. Payments are typically made monthly, provided the total earned commission exceeds a minimum threshold. All payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.

4 Product Selection and Removal


Wanderchics retains full and sole discretion regarding the selection, listing, and removal of products in its assortment. This means that Wanderchics may choose to accept or reject any product suggestion, and may also discontinue any product at any time, without obligation to consult or seek approval from the person who suggested the product. These decisions are final and made solely by Wanderchics.

5 Confidentiality and Information Rights


Any information you share with Wanderchics regarding product suggestions, suppliers, or market insights may be used by Wanderchics at its discretion. By submitting this information, you grant Wanderchics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use it in connection with its business activities. You also agree to keep any non-public
information received from Wanderchics confidential and not disclose it to any
third party without prior written consent.

By participating in this program, you confirm that you understand and accept these
terms.
